Life transitions like perimenopause, menopause, career changes, and aging can pose emotional and psychological challenges, particularly for women facing hormonal shifts. These changes often lead to mood swings, anxiety, and self issues, along with feelings of uncertainty and overwhelm. I offer a compassionate, evidence-based environment to help you understand these experiences and develop personalised tools and strategies for clarity, strength and contentment, moving forward.
