Session Fees and Information

 

My standard sessions are 50 minutes to 1 hour and are charged at £70.

I offer a free 20–30 minute consultation call so we can discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit before starting any sessions.

In some cases, depending on the nature and complexity of the difficulties being addressed, longer sessions (up to 90 minutes) may be recommended. If so, the fee will be adjusted accordingly and discussed in advance.​

I offer discounted rates for members of the Civil Service, police, armed forces veterans, and NHS staff.

I also accept clients covered by certain insurance providers—please feel free to get in touch to check whether your provider is included.
